A butterfly for you

There is a lot of concern about the future of the Monarch butterfly these days, with reports of a lot fewer being seen this year. So maybe we hit a lucky day at Long Point Provincial Park earlier this month when we saw at least a dozen of the famous and at-risk butterflies. We admired their beauty as they fluttered on the breezes from Lake Erie, dancing from one milkweed flower to another.

It's been a long time since I shared a butterfly with you. Too long, in fact.  So  while I'm working on some other blog posts, I give you this.....  In case you haven't seen one of your own yet.

  1. Milkweed is a good, natural beauty treatment for warts on the face and neck and butterflies like it
